UAB “JGK STATYBA” established on 19 August 1991, is a successor of the Vilnius Authority for dwelling complexes under construction and specialises in implementation of the entire service package for a construction client for a number of years.
Since 1991 UAB “JGK STATYBA” has been constructing apartments under contracts; it is one of the first private companies in Lithuania which have implemented a complex construction of three residential blocks in the
“Salotë”
complex.
One of the current objectives of UAB “JGK STATYBA” is to develop an environmental convenient housing that meets contemporary design requirements, to reduce the cost of construction and maintenance, by implementing new construction, designing techniques, and using new building materials and products.
